The organization identified small farmers of pamakhedi who were not able to do rabi crop due to scarcity of water were motivated for seed replacement and there were made aware of govt. plan and such seed replacement was done of 18 lakh rs. In Rabi season as a result seed which required less water with high yield were given to the farmers the seed were certified by Jawaharlal Nehru Krishi Vishwavidyalaya Jabalpur with this resulted in Average rise of 5 quintal per hactares for the farmers.
Organization has united farmers to develop their agriculture with newer technology and also to resolve their problems we formed a group of 45 farmers and motivated them for share and to do the work in collaboration.
We also did a innovative project of Wormi compost in sagar district we have an area of 4 acre to develop wormi compost with earthworm it is a kind of compost by using that by the farmers have get more production in their yield
