DPS Gwalior has four computer laboratories featuring over hundred computer systems. The computers in the school lab have been upgraded with appropriate software to enable students to compile and run programs as per the curriculum.Each lab provides individual computing workstation as per the strength of the class, including big white board and a projector to show animated videos to make learning more interesting and easy to understand.Lab is equipped with software for word processing, statistics, spreadsheets and database management. A variety of graphics and website-creation software programs are also available.Computer Labs are wellfacilitated with Byju’s software too to enhance integrated learning. Students, faculty and staff have free access to the computer labs to complete their assignments and projects. It is a subtle platform to enhance their creativity.
The Audio-Visual lab provides important aids for language learning and sociolinguistic skills. Students watch movies and improve their listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. As it is rightly said that I hear, I forget I see, I remember I do, I understand Audio- visual lab caters to the need of students to stimulate their retention power and interest.
Ashoka Academy has always emphasized on honing the language skills of its Students and to do so, we have employed a number of ways both conventional and modern to make our children confident enough to use English, Hindi and French as a language that is at par with the usage of their mother tongue. The School has its own ‘Language Lab’ dedicated for this where we conduct extemporaneous activities, debates, word building games and many more such activities that keep the children engrossed and make them learn the nuances of the language with a play learn method. With a seating plan for 40 Students at a time, the Language Lab is well equipped to enhance the Speaking, Listening and Reading skills of the students through the various modules and exercises. Practice in phonetic skills ensures refinement in pronunciation, diction and intonation. The ergonomically designed furniture and the seating structure of language labsis conducive to provides an interactive and healthy learning environment for the Students to enrich their language skills in an enjoyable, interesting and simple manner.

The school engages students in various sports activities of their choice like Athletics, Basketball, Chess, Cricket, Football, Lawn Tennis, Table Tennis, Taekwondo, Skating, Yoga, and a newly added sport, Fencing. We have a team of experts and helping coaches who are there to bring out the best in every student. Through participation in several National and International competitions, children are exposed to various opportunities in sports. The organization of Annual Sports Day and various competitions by school gives a platform to our budding children to be more responsible, showcase their talent with the true spirit of sportsmanship and inculcate values through the power of sports.
A well maintained fleet of buses traverses the city ferrying students from their homes to school and vice-versa. The routes of school are drawn up based on convenience and demand while ensuring that no route is overly long. Our transport facility is fully equipped to provide the safest and the most convenient transport solution. Each bus is equipped with First-Aid Box,CCTV Cameras,speed governors and other facilities. The Driver and helper of the buses are provided mobile phones to ensure easy monitoring of each route. All the buses have got educators on duty.
